1. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation by our team via phone call. Your order is only confirmed after you receive a confirmation call from us at 01575-410529. We reserve the right to cancel any order before confirmation.

2. Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payments. Payment must be sent to the number shown during checkout. Please keep your Transaction ID safe as proof of payment.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of order placement will be honored.

4. Delivery

• Delivery available all over Bangladesh
• Delivery time: 2–5 working days depending on location
• Delivery charges may apply depending on area
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

5. Product Authenticity

All products sold by Noorer Jhilik are 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers. We guarantee the quality of every product we sell.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused and sealed products. Wrong or damaged products will be replaced at no cost. See our full Return Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Noorer Jhilik is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. Always do a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
